Before the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court, legal representation is mandatory. That is because these are complex legal petitions that require a good knowledge of the system of decision-making of these courts. Given my many years of experience in the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, I can provide you with an excellent knowledge of these proceedings and an insight into the way the highest courts rule. It does not matter that we have not worked together on your case from the beginning, I will be happy to take it over at this stage.
